At our main production site, we operate injection molding presses ranging from 25 to 650 tons for both mono and bi-materials. Depending on customer needs, we can also manufacture insert molding parts with mono and bi-materials. All our machines are equipped with robots for fully automated production, and we proudly run a comprehensive Industry 4.0 operation. This allows us to monitor production cycles, rejects, and production quality in real time, ensuring we meet our clients’ needs. At MPI Italy, we manage a wide variety of thermoplastic resins from comodity to engineering materials, with over 250 different SKUs in our inventory.
